farmland and only half a mile from the sea at Start Bay. There is a lovely, enclosed garden, mainly lawn but with
mature shrubs giving lots of colour – it is safe for children or dogs and is home to a large variety of birds. There are fields on two sides where you will see sheep and their lambs in the Spring. Accommodation Details: Entrance into the conservatory at the rear of the house which faces south and is a sun trap even in November – an ideal place to sit and watch the birds in the garden. Kitchen/dining room with exposed beams, oil fired Rayburn for cooking and heating, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, MW & WM. Stable door to front porch with old stained glass windows. An archway leads to the sitting
room with large stone fireplace, part beamed ceiling, window seat, colour TV and video, CD and radio, views of the garden and door to conservatory. Cloakroom with WC & handbasin.
