Not suitable for toddlers Pridhams is a lovely barn conversion in centre of the village of Cornworthy. The 17th century barn was not so long ago home to the owners pedigree goats and has now been restored, keeping original features such as the ancient oak beams. The barn is spacious and very well equipped for four guests and has a delightful paved garden with garden furniture, bronze chiminea and purpose built barbeque. The village of Cornworthy lies in the picturesque Dart Valley between Totnes and Dartmouth, there are lovely walks locally and along a beautiful stretch of the river Dart. The 18th century Hunters Lodge Inn is well known locally for its good food. Accommodation Details: The front door opens in to the hall, on this level there are two bedrooms, one with a 5’ brass bed and the other with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, mains shower over, WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Upstairs to the open plan living room which features vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen has ash units and beech worktops, butler sink, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Dining area with table and chairs.
