Can I include all of my properties in one listing?
Yes, You can include more than one property details on the listing however you might find that this will not maximise your holiday rental accommodation exposure.It will only appear once in the search engine.
We would encourage you to create a multiple listing in your user area to maximise the exposure of your property, we will not restrict the number of properties you list with us on the free trial, or if you decide to stay with us long term. Multiple listings benefit from a 50% discount on our normal advertising rates. Rental agents and property management companies are offered a different rate.

Can you remove me from your listing?
If you want to be removed from the listing for any reason, just send us an email. We can suspend your account and remove you from the list if you wish. Just let us know when to reactivate you.

How do I upload photographs?
You will need to log into your account, edit your listing and you will see a link to add/update your images. We can only accept files .jpg or .gif upto a maximum of 1mb in size, anything else will fail to upload. All images are resized automatically and added to your holiday property advertisement.

How do I change the layout of advertisements?
The page layout is determined by a few things.The options you complete against your listings details screen will determine what is displayed on the main listing view. You also have a free text area to get creative with your descriptions. The free text area also accepts some basic HTML like bold, underline and italics, generally what you type here is what you will see.

How do I display my holiday rental property rates and special offers?
If our listings editor does not allow you to populate this field we suggest you use the additional pricing information free text area to details this. If something is missing from our editor and you think it might be an idea for us to add it in, just let us know.

How do I receive my rental bookings and enquiries?
Your booking enquiries are made directly by your customers via the form on your dedicated web page, so whatever contact details you have added to your account with us, we will use these details for the enquiry form and visitors to contact you. Email is very popular so make sure you check your email account on a regular basis at least every day if you can.

How long does it take to get my holiday rental property advertisement live on the site?
As long as it takes for you to create an advertisement, fill in the property form and press Update button. Not very long really, we think you could have it all on line within 10 minutes.

I already have a website for my holiday rental property can I link to it?
We only support text links but yes you can have as many as you like..If you decide to extend with us we will provide a link to your website on request.

What if I forget my password?
In the account log in screen you can request a reminder to the email address used to create your original account, this will reset your password and email you a new one. Log into your account when you get it and change the password. If you get in a mess though, just let us know, this is easily fix ed..

We want you to have full control over this process. It also adds another layer for your customers to communicate through. We think that the best salesperson for your accommodation is you the owner.

Do you have an availability calendar to show my holiday properties bookings?
Yes, every property now has their own availability calendar this was only introduced in Jan 2006, you can even link to the holiday property calendar from your own webpage. Just maintain it in your 4 Rentals Abroad user area.

Can I pay you in a different currency?
We will invoice in good old UK pounds and pence and therefore appreciate payment in the same currency to our Holiday Havens address (see contact us). If you wish to pay us in Euro's or any other currency please let us know before hand as we need to allow for currency rates and any additional charges we may incur. The currency will be reflected in your invoice.
You can also pay for your extension using your credit card with PayPal in your user area, just click the buttons and fill in the gaps, select your currency and press pay....
If you prefer to transfer money from your Bank just let us know we will let you have our SWIFT details as swiftly as we can..

How can I pay for my rental advertising?
We accept cheques made out to 4 Rentals Abroad and sent to us at our HQ address on the contact us page.

also can also arrange for the invoice to be sent to you electronically via PayPal, if you are not able to make payment by cheque or prefer to use a credit card just let us know when we contact you.
